To our Shareholders, Customers, and Colleagues

Over 80 years, Vanachai Group had been in wood business. During the first 40 years, we had grown from a sawmill in central Bangkok to plywood mill by the Chao Phraya River on the Bangkok outskirt. Then we were the first wood company in Thailand to produce wood-based panels and the first in the world to produce wood-based panels from waste rubberwood. We listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1995. We are the largest wood-based panels producer in Thailand. We produce raw PB, MDF and OSB as well as finished wood products to serve our customers all over the world. We have vertically integrated into renewable energy and retail businesses as well.

Our business model revolves around three core values: Forest, Future and Together. It is natural that our business strives on sustainability, all ESG drivers. It is our responsibility to fight climate change and save the forest for the future generation. It is our mission to produce wood-based panels and serve our customers in the most efficient and reliable manners. Good governance and empathy are the heart and soul of our company.

The world had been volatile since the pandemic. Vanachai Group had faced some up and down. I want to assure you that we will do the best we can to serve our shareholders and customers to prosper into the future.
